Fit In That Dress: Juicing Does Your Body Good

Another option is to use juicers like the NutriBullet or the Magic Bullet. Both give you more of a smoothie type consistency and you get all of the fiber that you need. However, you do have to add some liquid to the fruits and vegetables other wise you get a paste not a smoothie. I usually add some coconut water or aloe vera juice in all of my recipes.
I own both a juicer and a Magic Bullet. Honestly, I use my Magic Bullet more often. It is easier to clean and I like the idea of using the whole fruit or vegetable. I find the pulp left over from my juicer to be a bit wasteful. My juices contain 75% green leafy vegetables and 25% fruits / juice. Ever since I started juicing at dinner I have toned up more, my skin looks healthier and even my hair is healthier. This is a great option if you are trying to cut down some pounds since spring is around the corner. What is even better you can find the Magic Bullet at your neighborhood Walmart or Target. Here are some of my go to ingredients; Kale, Spinach, Green Apples, Pineapple, Aloe Vera Juice (or gel) and Ginger. Enjoy getting healthier!by
