Fit In That Dress: Ways To Get Rid Of Pesky Bloating

Regardless how much you exercise you can have issues with bloating.  Bloating is that annoying abdominal swelling (gas) that takes away from your stomach looking flat in your clothes.  There are a few ways to help you get rid of this annoyance and allow you to look sexy in anything you wear.

1.) Decrease your starch intake!  Yep that’s bread, potatoes, and pasta.  These culprits cause you to retain water and cause that inflated feeling.

2.) Add In Yogurt!  Its all in the good bacteria.  We have bacteria in our system that are good for us.  Yogurt carries active bacteria that work to regulate the digestive system.  Add a little flax seed to kick up the digestive process some more.

3.) Warm Water and Lemon.  It is not new information that you need to drink water.  Water helps with digestion which decreases bloating.  However, drinking warm water with lemon first thing in the morning kicks up your digestive system and your metabolism.

4.) Drink Chlorophyll!  I know this one does not sound like a fun experience.  However, liquid chlorophyll has great health benefits and one of them is to decrease bloating.  And shockingly it does not taste bad…..it actually has a minty taste.
