~The NatuRebel: Brooklyn Fashion Weekend…Designer Trudy Miller

By ~the NatuRebel

Women’s history month is a great time to embrace fashion that reminds us of what it feels like to be a woman. When Trudy Miller showed off her Fall/Winter 2013 collection at Brooklyn Fashion Weekend it felt like a celebration of femininity. Models of all shapes and sizes ripped the runway in form fitting dresses that showed off their powerful and often voluptuous shape. Fabrics made of soft velour and a wide array of stretch materials that offer the woman sexiness without sacrificing comfort and flexibility.

A designer like Trudy Miller who understands we are not all the same, and creates fashion that caters to our various body types, deserves to be celebrated this month.
And just as we marched the streets for equality in the 60s, don’t be afraid to show off your curves and let those stilettos hit the streets today.
